MY PHOTOGRAPHY STORY BEGAN WAY LONG BEFORE I KNEW IT.

THREE GENERATIONS. ONE VISION.

Photography runs deep in my family. It began with my great-grandfather, whose passion for capturing life’s moments sparked a multi-generational love for the craft. My grandfather continued this tradition, working alongside my great-grandfather in his studio. My grandmother inspired my business when she gifted me my first camera. Surrounded by their work, I was inspired by the power of storytelling through images, and their influence ignited my own journey in preserving memories.

YOU SHOULD KNOW WHO YOU'RE WORKING WITH (:

I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. Growing up, I always had a creative itch. Whether it was making crafts, DIY room decor, gathering my friends for photoshoots, or making collages from magazines. In high school I realized that a creative career was the route I wanted to take. After graduating high school, I attended the University of Nebraska- Lincoln and graduated with my Bachelors in Interior Design in 2024.

During my time in college, I would grab my camera and take photos with my friends and family for fun. At the end of 2020, I decided I wanted to begin a photography business! In spring of 2021, I officially launched Courtney Goff Photography, and here we are today. (:

Now, I live in Auburn, Nebraska with my husband, Ethan and our three kitties. In my free time I enjoy thrifting, listening to records, baking, making crafts, and being with friends and family!

During the week, I work as a residential Interior Designer at Willow Key Interiors in Lincoln. I am BEYOND blessed that I have the opportunity to pursue two careers that I get to be authentically creative. 🤍

TIME FLIES | LET'S FREEZE IT

Trust me, I know how much you want to hold on to every second

I would give anything to have my grandpa here to share in this journey with me. Time has a way of flying by, and I often find myself wishing I had taken more photos with my friends and family over the years. Those fleeting moments, the ones we think will last forever, can slip away before we even realize it. That’s why I’m such a passionate advocate for capturing your memories now—because there will come a time when you’ll want to look back and relive the laughter, connections, and the memories you made.
